You may have questions and we are here to help you find answers.
This is the list of insurance companies we work with:
If you have insurance, our billing department will file your claims for you, once your sessions are completed. Once we hear back from your insurance on what is or is not covered, we will bill your out of pocket amount or deductible due at that time. Nothing will be billed until we get confirmation back from your insurance.
Yes, we offer sliding scale fees for those who do not have insurance or have insurance we don’t accept. It will be up to you and your individual therapist to agree on that amount, as it is flexible and based upon your income. Most sliding scale fees land around $80-$100 per session.
Therapists are required by law and ethical procedure to protect your privacy, and therefore cannot discuss what the two of you talk about in your sessions with anyone else. However, there may be certain extreme situations where the therapist feels that yours or others safety is at risk, and may be forced to break that confidentiality. In this case, the therapist will only share limited information and with the end goal of keeping your safety and the safety of others in mind.
There are many different reasons why individuals seek out therapeutic services, and that decision needs to be an individual’s choice. Everyone faces challenges in life, and occasionally may need additional levels of support to help them navigate through those changes. Therapy is extremely helpful for individuals with enough self-awareness to realize that they need a helping hand, which is something to be admired.
By seeking out a therapist, you are taking responsibility and committing to change in ways that you will not regret. Therapy facilitates long-lasting benefits and support, provides you with healthy tools for coping with stress in your life, and assists you in overcoming whatever challenges you face.
