Our Process

1
Client inquiry
As a potential client, you have the opportunity to reach out and have a brief 10 minute free consultation with the therapist of your choice. During this conversation, you are given the opportunity to discuss why you are seeking out support, as well as allow you to get a feel for whether or not that therapist will be a good match for you. At the completion of this discussion, you will then schedule your initial visit with that clinician, or another clinician if you so wish.
2
Intake Assessment
This is your first one-on-one in-person, or virtual session with your therapist. During this session, your therapist will gather basic information about you and your background while you learn more about the services available to you, and begin to build rapport with that therapist to aid in your unique therapeutic process.
3
Treatment
The remainder of your sessions with your therapist will consist of you and your therapist discussing current events happening in your life, your history, and any progress that’s being made from previous therapy sessions. Depending on your individual need, therapy may be short-term to help you deal with a specific issue, or long term to help you address deeper wounds or patterns you wish to change.
